Recovery Process

A recovery process is for people who experience acute physical conditions, for those who suffer from severe recurring conditions that noticeably alter or affect their life and after a physical trauma. A Grinberg Method practitioner cannot however work with people who are in any life-threatening condition as we do not replace any kind of medical or psychological care that a person might need.

Before or after surgery

After a trauma (from the past or recent) causing accurate issue in the person life.

After a delivery

For any chronic symptoms (back pain, headaches, abdominal pain, tensions in the neck and shoulders…).

For any chronic symptoms connected to working conditions (technicians, actors, musicians, dancers, working on a computer, having to stay standing…)

A recovery process is a series of 1-hour one-on-one sessions in which the client meets regularly with a qualified practitioner.
